There is no right way to grieve.
Come as you are.
From Matthew, chapter five.
Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
From John, chapter eleven.
When Jesus therefore saw her weeping, and the Jews also weeping which came with her,
he groaned in the spirit, and was troubled, And said, Where have ye laid him?
They said unto him, Lord, come and see.
Jesus wept.
Jesus wept, though He knew what He was about to do.
Your tears are not a lack of faith.
Think of the one you miss.
Let yourself remember them.
From Revelation, chapter twenty-one.
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes;
and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow,
nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
Tell your Heavenly Father about the one you lost.
Ask Him for comfort, and for someone to mourn with you.
Amen.
