The day is done.
Let your shoulders fall, and breathe out slowly.
From Psalm four.
I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep:
for thou, Lord, only makest me dwell in safety.
Look back over today.
Find one moment you are thankful for.
Was there a moment you wish you could live again?
Name it simply, without blame.
From Matthew, chapter eleven.
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me;
for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
Speak to your Heavenly Father.
Thank Him for today, give Him what you could not finish, and ask for rest.
